CALHOUN MAN CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED BURGLARY

Calhoun authorities have arrested Jeral Joseph McCune, 43, charging him with multiple counts. McCune is charged with attempted burglary, possession of a deadly weapon by a felon, possession of a controlled substance, and furnishing beer to a minor. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $19,500. A Gilmer man has been charged with assault, wanton endangerment with a firearm. Gary Allen Richards, 27, is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $30,000. A Gilmer man Ronald Lynn Adkins, 34, has been charged with driving suspended 3rd, fleeing with reckless indifference and no insurance. He is in Central Regional Jail.
