MUD FORK MAN CHARGED DUI 3RD OFFENSE - Braxton Men Charged With Burglary/Battery

A Chloe, Mud Fork man, Jerry Allen Burton, 57, was charged by Roane authorities with driving DUI-3rd offense, after State Police responded to a call about a fight at a Newton store.

Burton was incarcerated in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000.

Elliott Ray Miller, 30, was charged in Roane County with domestic battery, assault, resisting arrest and wanton endangerment. He is in Central Regional Jail.

Braxton authorities have charged Ethan Michael Carson, 22, charging him with nighttime burglary, assault, battery, and possession of marihuana. Bond has been set at $7,500 at Central Regional Jail.

John Edward Townsend, 48, has been charged in Braxton with public intoxication and permitting an unauthorized person to drive.

Braxton officials have arrested Benjamin Lee Veasey and charged him with conspiracy to commit a felony/possession of a controlled substance, also charging Jesse Allen Jordan with possession of a controlled substance. They are in Central Regional Jail.
