Jeremy David Moore, 32, of Chloe, WV passed on June 8, 2015 at his home.
He was born July 17,1982 in Braxton County, WV.
He is survived by his father, David Moore of Servia WV; mother, Terri Butler of Nebo WV; one sister Brooke Dawson; his special cousins Kayla Morris, Felicia Blake, Tracy Miller, and Cody Clark; and his best friend Lindsey Carr James.
He is also survived by his grandparents Tom and Cindy Friend of Gassaway WV and Robert and Jean Moore of Servia WV.
Jeremy Moore was a certified electrician and loved to weld. He was a Baptist by faith.
At Jeremy's request the body will be cremated. A small service will be held in Jeremy's honor on July 3, 2015 with Matt Murphy and Darrell Murphy officiating. Friends and family may pay their respects at 11a.m with prayer at 12:00 p.m at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg and will be open to the public.  |
