40-YEAR-OLD GILMER MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL ABUSE OF THREE JUVENILE RELATIVES

Gilmer County authorities arrested a 40-year-old man Monday on sexual abuse charges. Keith Owen Arbogast, 40, is facing 11 felony charges, including sexual abuse by parent/guardian, sexual abuse 1st degree, and child neglect. He is in Central Regional Jail. The charges are related to three juvenile relatives. A Glenville man has been arrested and charged with 11 felonies after deputies say he sexually abused and neglected three juvenile relatives. Police say between June 2012 and April 2015, the three children reported numerous cases of abuse. They told police the man groped them, made the three children sleep in the same bed with him, got drunk when the children were in his care and allowed them to live in a dirty environment.
