BRAXTON MAN CHARGED WITH METH OFFENSES

Braxton County authorities have arrested Matthew Ryan Sniffin, 37, and charged him with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab, possession of a controlled substance, and felon in possession of a firearm. Sniffin is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $105,000. Kevin Ray Curry, 26, has been charged by Gilmer authorities with obtaining property/ATM by false pretenses, possession of a controlled substance and a capias warrant. Ritchie authorities have arrested Christopher Gabriel Nicholas, 38, and charged him with driving revoked DUI. He is in North Central Regional Jail. Nicholas Aaron Eugene Lockhart, 25, has been charged by Wirt authorities with entering without breaking. He is in North Central Regional Jail.
