REGIONAL ARRESTS - Braxton Man Charged With Sexual Assault |

| Ronald Lee Boggs, 44, has been arrested by Clay authorities for operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, possession meth precursors to manufacture meth, and other related charges. He is in Central Regional Jail. Michael Dewayne Burgess, 26, has been arrested in Braxton and charged with possession with intend to deliver, unlawful assault on an officer, and driving suspended and revoked. He is in Central Regional with bond set at $75,000. A Braxton County man is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $100,000. Jeffery Eugene Agee, 56, is charged with sexual abuse by parent/guardian and sexual assault 1st degree. Braxton authorities have arrested Joseph Wayne Keener, 23, and charged him with domestic battery, unlawful assault, and domestic assault 1st/2nd by threats. Keener is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set. A Wirt County man, Matthew Ryan Hunt, 27, is in North Central Regional Jail charged with domestic battery 2nd and child neglect with injury. Nicholas authorities have arrested Michael Lee Grogg, 30, on a capias warrant. He is in Central Regional Jail. Twenty-seven year old Robin Lynn Tonkin has been charged by Braxton authorities with grand larceny. He is in Central Regional Jail. |
