| Calhoun prosecutor Shannon Johnson said, "Unfortunately, Teresa Monk was unable to attend Calhoun Circuit Court Monday. Thus, we did not have any of the three sentencing hearings."
There was a pre-trial hearing in Luke Baker's case, related to the vehicular death of a Mt. Zion woman.
Baker's trial was continued from August 4th to September 15th, with another pre-trial hearing on August 6th.
There were 13 Juvenile hearings.
The next court day is June 24th with Judge Evans presiding.
