ROANE WOMAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULTING OFFICER

A Roane County woman was arrested on multiple charges, including shoplifting 3rd, assault 1st/battery on officer without a weapon, obstructing police, trespassing and possession of a controlled substance. Amber Nicole Boggs, 25, is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $20,000. Two Roane residents were incarcerated for violation of home confinement, Sean Patrick Barton,41, and Joseph Scott Waychoff, 34. Sean Allen Taylor, 38, was charged by Roane authorities with child abuse creating risk of injury, violating home confinement, and possession of marijuana. He is in Central Regional Jail. Amy Marie Taylor, of Roane is in Central Regional Jail charged with child abuse creating risk of injury and possession of a controlled substance.
