GRANTSVILLE FIREMEN EXECUTE SEARCH FOR ALLEDGED ACCIDENT VICTIM - Man Life-Flighted After ATV Wreck

Grantsville firemen using UTVs to search Broomstick-Lovada Rd. for alleged victim The Grantsville VFD executed a search Saturday night after the victim of an alleged ATV accident, who was brought to Minnie Hamilton by private vehicle, told hospital workers that another man had been involved in his accident. The incident happened about 8 p.m. The accident victim suffered trauma and was life-flighted to a medical center. Sources related to the incident said the man was intoxicated while claiming a second person was injured. Firemen, as a precautionary measure, went to the Broomstick-Lovada Road area searching for a possible second victim, but authorities called off the search after an hour. Apparently there was no second victim.
