| Clay County authorities have charged Jason Allen Collins, 34, with sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.
He is being held in Central Regional Jail on $220,000 bond.
Melissa Mae Putillion, 24, has been arrested by Roane authorities and incarcerated in Central Regional Jail for violation of home confinement.
A Braxton woman was picked up on a capias warrant and incarcerated in Central Regional Jail.
She was identified as Courtney Leigh Claypool, 25. |
