Colleen R. Sullivan, 58 - Smithville

Colleen R. Sullivan, 58, of Smithville, WV, died Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus, Ohio after an extended illness.

She was a member of the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church and Calhoun County Wood Festival Committee. She was a devoted wife and mother, and will be missed by a whole community.

She was born on November 19, 1956 in Alliance, Ohio, a daughter of the late Richard and Grace Reall Litzenburg.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Jim Sullivan; son, Michael Sullivan of Grantsville WV; daughter, Susan Sullivan of Cincinnati, Ohio; twin-sister, Kris Hennen, sister, Carol Sypes; half-brother Larry Reall; a half-sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard Litzenburg, and two half-sisters.

Visitation will be Friday, May 22nd at Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 23 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 23 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Metheney officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Stump Funeral Home of Grantsville is assisting the Sullivan family with final arrangements.
