DR. DAVID TUPPER HIRED AS NEW CM/HS PRINCIPAL

Dr. David Tupper has been hired as the new principal of Calhoun Middle-High School by the Calhoun Board of Education. Dr. Tupper, a New York native, is currently principal of Bruceton Elementary School in Preston County and resides in Roane County. He was the principal of Roane County High School for several years. Tupper is replacing CM/HS principal Kelli Whytsell who is reportedly being hired as the Assistant Superintendent of Calhoun Schools. CM/HS assistant principal Curtis Garrettson is moving to Calhoun's central office as an administrator.
