A Calhoun woman Bailie Cain was chosen as Miss Congeniality at the WV Black Walnut Festivals royalty pageant in Spencer. Dominque Collins of Normantown was selected as the festival queen for 2015.
Bailie was Miss Wood Festival in 2013. She is the daughter of Stacie and Douglas Starcher and Eric Cain of Grantsville. |
