A man received what appeared to be minimal injuries when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed on Rt. 16 near the Chloe Post office.

The 42-year-old driver was taken to Roane General Hospital for treatment and evaluation following the 9:30 p.m. incident.

The Upper West Fork VFD responded to the crash, within site of their fire station.

State Police are investigating.
