CIRCUIT COURT DOCKET WILL HEAR 13 FELONY CASES MONDAY

Danny Lockhart will appear Monday for a pre-trial hearing in Calhoun Circuit Court, Judge Thomas Evans III presiding.

Lockhart has been indicted on charges of sexual assault and manufacturing marijuana.

Gary Ferrell and Matthew Jeffery will appear for a pre-trial hearing.

Justin Hannah will will make a first appearance on eight counts of forgery and uttering, all felonies, and two counts of petit larceny.

Brian Smith, 29, will appear for arraignment on one count of malicious assault, a felony; and five counts of sexual assault in the second degree. Corporal J. B. Hunt investigated this crime which allegedly occurred in August of 2014.

Joseph Kute, 32, will appear for arraignment, indicted on one count of malicious assault, a felony, and one count of battery, a Misdemeanor. Kute allegedly attacked Johnny Capps and Geoffrey Shaffer in the parking lot of the Y Restaurant on June 17, 2014. This case was investigated by Corporal J. B. Hunt of the West Virginia State Police.

Harley Little will appear for a hearing on a motion to parole from home confinement.
