ROSEDALE MEMORIAL DAY PARADE SUNDAY - - Honoring Nations Finest

Rosedale will have a Memorial Day Parade Sunday at 2 p.m.

Schedule of Events:

1 p.m. - Parade lineup begins. Line up directions at Rosedale Senior Center parking area. No pre-registration required for anyone wishing be in the parade. All veterans are encouraged to participate in the parade (A ride is available for those unable to walk).

2 p.m. - Parade starts, featuring our nations finest men and women.

2:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.- Dedication of the POW-MIA-KIA Panel and presentation at Rosedale Alliance Park. Parade route to pause for Dedication Ceremony.

2:45 p.m. - Music at the Rosedale Community Center featuring The Fishers (Craig, Dale, Anita and Tina) with Ray Deaton, Tyme Out is playing music with the Fishers.

Children's activities at the Rosedale Alliance Park. Games and a dunking booth challenge featuring Mountain Monsters own 'Wild Bill' and Appalachian Outlaws own Rufus Keeney, 'The Ginseng Guru.' Concessions also provided at the park.

Concessions provided at Rosedale Community Center by the Rosedale Senior Citizens Center.

Come out and enjoy a day of honoring our nations finest men and women both past and present.
