MAN ESCAPES CUSTODY IN CLAY AND FLEES FROM DEFECTIVE HOLDING CELL

State police are searching for a man who escaped custody in Clay County Wednesday.

Troopers say Lloyd Rapp got out of a defective cell at Clay Magistrate Court and fled.

Rapp was on federal probation and was waiting arraignment.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Clay County State Police detachment.
