Calhoun Circuit Court was in session Tuesday with Judge David W. Nibert presiding. Set for sentencing was Christopher Lamp and Leon E. Kerby II (See earlier story). Making first appearances following indictments Monday, Darren Nicholas Parsons, William Edward Vandal Jr., Justin Lee Knight, Gary Johnson, Page Forth, Joseph Paul Kute, Brian Lee Smith, Justin Hannah, Mary Parsons, James Blankenship, Dennis McCune, Cindy McCune, and George Nicholas Parsons.
