REGIONAL ARRESTS

Ritchie authorities have arrested Chester Leroy Baughman, 22, and charged him with domestic assault 1st/2nd in addition to DUI. He is in North Central Regional Jail. James Anthony Glockner, 30, was arrested by Braxton authorities and charged with assault, related to stalking or harassing. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $1,500.
