BOBCATS IN THEM THERE HILLS - Metz Has Big Buck Contest

Calhoun taxidermist Eric Metz killed this bobcat earlier this week near Clendenin in Kanawha County. The Big Root resident who owns E. M. Taxidermy plans to do a mounting with the animal. Metz, who has 20 years experience in taxidermy, is sponsoring a Big Buck Contest, one for archery and one for rifle. The winners will get a free shoulder mount. The archery contest will be scored by November 24. The rifle contest will be scored by December 8. Metz can be reached by calling 304-354-6781. His shop is located three miles from Rt. 5 on Big Root Road.
