MAN INJURED IN ATV WRECK NEAR CLAY-CALHOUN LINE

Responders were sent to an accident where a man was injured in the woods near the Clay-Calhoun line, a short distance from Stinson (Mud Fork Road). Family members indicated the Stinson Road man had been away from the house for some time when he was discovered with injuries. The Upper West Fork VFD responded about 4:45 p.m. Saturday to the remote area with their new rescue UTV, and the man was taken for medical care by Clay County EMS, possibly to be taken by chopper to a medical center.
