FAIRMONT STABBING - A Fairmont woman was arrested for apparently stabbing her husband near the eye. Jennifer Friend, 36, was charged with malicious wounding after she got into an altercation with her husband. He told the police he locked himself in the bathroom from his wife but apparently she kicked the door and ended up stabbing her husband in the face. Officials say there was a cut in his skin next to the right eye and that he was bleeding. He refused medical treatment. Friend is in the North Central Regional Jail held under a $7,500 bail
