GILMER FATHER, SON SENTENCED ON SEXUAL ABUSE OF MINOR FEMALE

A judge has sentenced a father and son for sex charges in Gilmer County. John Puffenbarger, 47, will spend 10 to 30 years in prison after earlier pleading no contest to incest charges. His son, Christopher Puffenbarger, 19 will spend six months to 2 years at a youth correctional facility. Christopher Puffenbarger plead guilty to sexual intercourse with a minor. The charges stemmed from the sexual abuse of a girl younger than 12.
