REGIONAL RESIDENTS CHARGED WITH DOMESTIC CRIMES

Roane authorities arrested Amanda Pauline Belcher, 31, and incarcerated her in Central Regional Jail. She is charged with domestic battery with display of weapon. Andrew Dewayne Lowther, 30, has been charged in Braxton County with domestic assault with display of a weapon. Bond is set at $5,000.
