CALHOUN CIRCUIT COURT HAS FOUR FELONY CASES ON MONDAY'S DOCKET - 27 Juvenile Cases

Matthew David Jeffery is scheduled to appear Monday for a pre-trial hearing in Calhoun Circuit Court before Judge Thomas Evans III. Jeffery's had been charged for being prohibited from possession of firearms. John Cash is set to appear for further sentencing after he was ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation. Andrea Simmons will appear for sentencing related to drug charges. David Booher, Sr. will appear regarding motions and a hearing related to charges of forgery and uttering. The court has 27 juvenile cases on the docket involving 31 children.
