FROST ADVISORY FOR EARLY FRIDAY IN FORECAST

The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a frost advisory which is in effect from 2 am to 9 am EDT Friday, with a low in mid 30s. A freeze is predicted for parts of West Virginia.
