UPDATE: ARBOGAST ARRESTED IN GILMER ON SEXUAL ABUSE - Accused Of Breaking Child's Arm

Gilmer authorities have arrested Keith Owen Arbogast, 40, of Glenville on a sexual abuse charge. He is charged with sexual abuse 1st degree and child abuse creating risk of injury. The complaint alleges that Arbogast may have been abusing three children for a series of years, including one count of sexual abuse. The police report indicates that the children were often in Arbogast's home and that he allegedly broke one of their arms. He is being held on a $50,000 bond. Dale Avery Ball, 34, has been charged by Braxton authorities with child abuse with injury by a parent or guardian. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set. Kristen Nicole Tanner, 33, was charged in Roane County with DUI controlled substance. She is in Central Regional Jail. A Braxton man has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. Frank Jeffery Venton, 48, has been charged with contempt of family court.
