| Lindsey Morgan Goff, 15, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at CAMC Women and Children's Hospital in Charleston, West Virginia.
She was born February 24, 2000 in Spencer, a daughter of Fred and Balana Smith Goff.
In addition to her parents, Lindsey is survived by her brothers and sisters, Michael Eugene Goff, Brittany Nicole Goff, Noah Matthew Goff, and Kelsey LeeAnn Goff; and her God-sister, Summer Reynolds.
Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, with Rev. Danny Whited officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bartlett/Little Creek Cemetery near Spencer. Visiting will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
