MCKOWN WILL BE SENTENCED MONDAY IN CALHOUN CIRCUIT COURT

Calhoun resident Jerry Glenn McKown, Jr. will appear before Judge David W. Nibert, Calhoun Circuit Court, Monday for sentencing. McKown is being sentenced related to drug charges following revocation of home confinement. Ashley Easton White will appear for a hearing for revocation of probation related to drug charges. The court will hear a report related to the further disposition of a drug related case against Jason Levi White, after completing Anthony Center. Jacquelyn Hannah will appear for sentencing related to fraud in obtaining welfare benefits. A civil case, Gumm vs. Lane and Beitz. Ten juvenile cases.
