BRAXTON MAN JAILED FOR BATTERY ON OFFICER - Roane Man Arrested For Burglary

Roane authorities have arrested Chad Edward Smith, 36, and charged him with grand larceny, breaking and entering and nighttime burglary. Bond for Roane offenses has been posted at $80,000. Braxton authorities have arrested Markus Wayne Miller, 47, and charged him with multiple offenses. Among the charges, fugitive from justice, battery on an officer, fleeing on foot with reckless indifference, destruction of property, driving unsafe. He is being held in Central Regional Jail with bond at $50,000. Tamika Iesha Hawkins, 19, has been charged with obstructing police with injury to officer and contributing to the deliquency of a minor. Her bond at Central Regional Jail is $3,000. Dusten Brice Stewart, 24, has been charged in Braxton County with domestic battery, domestic assault by threats 1st/2nd. He is in Central Regional Jail. A Ritchie County man, Gregory Ryan Hall, 34, has been charged with driving suspended and aggravated DUI. He is in North Central Regional Jail. Wirt authorities have arrested Jamie Lee Henderson, 24, and charged him with petit larceny. He is in North Central Regional Jail.
