BRAXTON RESIDENTS CHARGED WITH GRAND LARCENY

Braxton authorities arrested Brian Scott Hutchinson, 51, and charged him with grand larceny, conspiracy to commit a felony and obtaining money by false pretenses. Hutchinson is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $75,000. Neda Nash Anderson, 40, of Braxton, has been charged with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony. Her bond is $75,000. Clay authorities have charged James Franklin O'Dell, 27, with domestic battery, assault and trespassing. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $7,860.
