GILMER MAN HELD ON $250,000 BOND ON METH CHARGES - Roane Man Charged With Sexual Assault |

| Gilmer authorities arrested a Gilmer County man Tuesday and charged him with multiple drug counts. Jason Wayne Roush, 32, has been charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab. He is also charged with conspiracy and a charge related to meth precursors. He is being held on $250,000 bond at Central Regional Jail. A Roane County man is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000. Joshua Wayne Given, 26, has been charged with sexual assault 3rd degree and failure to pay child support. Gilmer authorities have arrested Heather Ann Gregory, 22, and charged her with petit larceny. She is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $50,000. A Roane County woman Gina Marie Godbey, 36, has been arrested and charged with obstructing police, false report of an emergency. She is being held in Central Regional Jail on $13,000 bond. Harry Lee Havens, 50, has been charged with domestic battery in Wirt County and is in North Central Regional Jail. Morgan Lee Myers, 29, was arrested by Clay authorities and charged with contempt of circuit court. She is in Central Regional Jail. A Gilmer man, Richard Bruce Radliff, 38, is in Central Regional Jail, charged with DUI-2nd, driving suspended. Ritchie authorities have charged James Edward Postlethwait, 42, with domestic battery. He is in North Central Regional Jail. |
