ROANE MAN CHARGED WITH BRANDISHING WEAPON, CHILD NEGLECT WITH INJURY

Sean Patrick Barton, 40, has been arrested by Roane authorities Saturday and has been charged with weapon brandishing, domestic battery and child neglect with injury.

He is in Central Regional Jail.

Monchalle Faye Nicholas, 27, has been charged by Braxton authorities with domestic assault 1st/2nd by threats, and is being held in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $1,500.

Roane authorities have arrested Thomas Paulawski, 58, and charged him with DUI-1st offense. He is in Central Regional Jail.

Also charged in Roane County with DUI-1st offense id Michael Scott Evans, 20. He is in Central Regional Jail.
