Prosecutor Shannon Johnson said Billy Dunbar, Sr. entered a plea of guilty to three counts of incest, all felonies. He is set for sentencing on May 18.

Gary Ackley entered a plea of guilty to third offense DUI, a felony; transferring stolen property, a felony and domestic battery, a misdemeanor. His sentencing is set for May 18. David Booher's trial for forgery and uttering was continued upon a motion of the defendant. His case was set for a hearing on April 27.

There were three juvenile hearings on the docket. Johnson said the next court date is April 20, 2015 with Judge David Nibert presiding.
