Everett Franklin Lane, 55, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marihuana.

Lane's bond has been set at $5,500.

Roane County authorities have charged Gary Wayne Burdette, 27, with domestic battery and domestic assault 1st/2nd by threats.

He is in Central Regional Jail.
