DUNBAR SEXUAL ABUSE CASE SET FOR HEARING TUESDAY - Two Cases Set For Plea Hearings |

| A Braxton County man, Billy Dunbar, Sr., 53, will appear Tuesday for a trial or a motion to continue, before Judge Thomas Evans III, involving multiple counts of incest and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian.
Dunbar was indicted in Calhoun on twenty five counts of sexual abuse, including incest, impregnating his 16-year-old daughter, according to a criminal complaint filed by Sr. Trooper J. A. Newman. Other cases set for hearing starting at 9:30 a.m.: David Booher is set to appear for aplea hearing on his charges related to forgery and uttering. Gary Lee Ackley has been scheduled for a plea hearing. Ackley had been charged with grand larceny, domestic battery, DUI (3rd), fleeing while DUI, and fleeing with reckless indifference. Four juvenile cases. |
