| Roane authorities have arrested Donald Eric Johnson, 23, and charged him with violating home confinement, obstructing, destruction of property, and public intoxication.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $5,500.
Angela Dawn Salisbury, 32, of Clay has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail for violation of home confinement.
