"FRIENDS HELPING FRIENDS" GIVING BACK BENEFIT SUNDAY - Medical And Travel Expenses For Colleen And Jim Sullivan

A benefit dinner and auction for Colleen and Jim Sullivan will be held Sunday, March 29th at the Calhoun County Committee on Aging-Grantsville Senior Center, beginning at 11 a.m.

Colleen underwent heart valve replacement surgery at Ross Heart Hospital at Ohio State University last week. All proceeds will go toward medical expenses, continued doctor appointments, and travel expenses.

Jim and Colleen have given to our community many times volunteering endless hours for different organizations, programs, and organizing benefits for those in need.

A gofundme account has been set up in on Facebook for those unable to attend the benefit.

The benefit menu will be Jim's famous grilled chicken recipe with Carl Ballengee as chief cook, baked potato, green beans, tea, lemonade, water, dessert.

Jason Nettles will be the auctioneer for auction beginning approximately 1:00 p.m.

The benefit is coordinated by local hospital employees and the group of "Friends Helping Friends" for neighbors in need.
