SEVEN FELONY CASES ON CIRCUIT COURT DOCKET TODAY

Seven felony cases are on Monday's Circuit Court docket in Grantsville, with Judge Thomas Evans III presiding. Gary Lee Ackley, 29, is scheduled to appear for re-trial hearing. Ackley had been charged with grand larceny, domestic battery, DUI (3rd), fleeing while DUI, and fleeing with reckless indifference. David Booher is set to appear for a status/plea hearing on his charges related to forgery and uttering. Andrea Devonne Simmons is scheduled for sentencing, related to drug charges. Tiffany Davis is on the docket for revocation of probation, related to drug charges. Danny Lockhart is set for a status of evaluation and scheduling hearing related to sexual abuse or drug charges. Dennis McCune hearing on a motion to dismiss, related to drug charges. A plea/pretrial hearing for Andrew Tanner related to breaking and entering and grand larceny.
