ROANE MAN FACING STOLEN PROPERTY CHARGES

Roane authorities have arrested Robert Gene Robinson, 47. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set. Robinson is charged with receiving/transferring stolen property, driving revoked, possession of controlled substance, expired registration, no insurance, no inspection sticker, no seat belt.
