| Roane authorities have arrested Robert Gene Robinson, 47.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set.
Robinson is charged with receiving/transferring stolen property, driving revoked, possession of controlled substance, expired registration, no insurance, no inspection sticker, no seat belt.
