WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Second Huntington Man Killed On Street, Huntington Shooter And Victim Not Acquainted

SECOND HUNTINGTON MURDER - Rodolfo Magana, 28, of Huntington was found with gunshot wounds and died a short time later at Cabell Huntington Hospital, according to a news release from the Huntington Police Department.

The shooting happened about 10:30 p.m. Thursday when the victim was walking from his vehicle to his home when he was shot. Neighbors who heard the gunshots helped the victim until medics arrived.

Police, so far have no leads.

Magana was a manager at Rio Grande eatery in Huntington. His girlfriend is five months pregnant.

HUNTINGTON MURDER- A Huntington resident was charged with murder following an early morning shooting outside of his house.

A criminal complaint charges Micah Eden LeMaster, 37, who shot Joshua Martin, 21, several times with a handgun.

The victim, whose body was reportedly nude on the street, was not armed.

Huntington media said he was shot eight times in the back.

Police say the men encountered each other, and were reportedly not acquaintances.

They have yet to indicate a possible motive.

LeMaster is being held on $750,000 bond.

KANAWHA HEIST - Kanawha County sheriff's deputies are looking for two men who robbed a Chelyan convenience store at gunpoint Friday morning.

Cpl. Brian Humphreys of the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department said two men wearing hooded sweatshirts walked into the Chelyan One Stop about 6 a.m., pulled a gun and robbed the store clerk. The men then fled.

TANNING BED HOLD-UP - An armed robbery was reported Friday night at a tanning salon in Huntington. It happened about 8:30 p.m. Friday at Sun Time Tanning.

The manager said a man wearing a brown hoodie and a bandana came into the tanning salon.

The man said he had a gun, but he produced a knife.

There were people in tanning beds at the time. No one was hurt.

Employees gave the man some cash, and he left.

FAIRMONT MAN CHARGED - Fairmont State University Police have arrested a Morgantown man for threatening to shoot up the school.

Devon James Johnson, 24, is charged with threats of terrorist acts.

Police said they found statements on Johnson's Facebook page claiming there would be a shooting at the school if he didn't receive money from the school.

Johnson is in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $5.000
