| A Clay County man has been arrested for forgery and uttering.
Larry Joe Cummings, 21, is in Central Regional Jail with bond at $5,000.
Wirt County authorities have charged Dustin Allen Bentz, 34, with aggravated DUI.
He is in North Central Regional Jail.
