Residents indicated the man told one resident that he was doing a "drug and alcohol" survey, while indicating to others that he was doing a survey regarding other issues.

The man returned Saturday to a residence for a second attempt to do the alleged survey, and State Police reportedly responded to the incident for a second time.

The man drove away from the area, with police looking for his vehicle.
