GILMER MAN CHARGED WITH BATTERY, OBSTRUCTING A RESPONDER

Gilmer officials have charged Nicholas Livai Fehoko, 26, and charged him with domestic battery and obstructing a responder. He is in Central Regional Jail. Sara Kay Burdette,33, has been charged by Braxton authorities with contempt of circuit court. She is in Central Regional Jail.
