HUNTINGTON SHOOTING - Rashaun L. Page, 21, from Huntington was arrested after shooting Asandre Jamison, 20, from Huntington following a dispute that led Page to fire multiple shots with one shot hitting Jamison in the right leg.

Police were able to locate Page early Sunday morning and arrested him on warrant for malicious wounding. Police also found Page with approximately 5 grams of marijuana and 5 grams of crack.

In addition to the malicious wounding charge, Page is also charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and assault to a police officer, among others.

He is being held at Western Regional Jail on a $95,000 cash bond.

CHARLESTON SHOOTING - Charleston Police have named a suspect involved in an early morning shooting. Police say Benny Critchfield, 33, of Charleston shot Paul Martin, and is wanted on warrants of malicious wounding and robbery.

It happened around 4 a.m. Monday on the city's west side.

The victim said a man and woman came to his door and asked for help. Then, the victim says they forced their way inside and the man pulled out a gun.

Police say once Critchfield was inside the home, he demanded money from the victim.

The victim says he then started fighting, and the gun went off, shooting him in the leg.

Two women were also inside the home, but they were not hurt.

MON COUNTY ROBBERIES - West Virginia State Police and Morgantown Police Department responded Sunday to two armed robberies in Monongalia County.

The first robbery happened around 10:45 p.m. at the Dairy Mart on Richwood Avenue in Morgantown.

At approximately 10:50 p.m., the Monongalia County Sheriff's Office responded to 75 Brookhaven Road for a report of a disturbance involving a firearm.

Upon arrival to the scene, deputies found that three male subjects forcefully entered an apartment while people were inside the residence.

According to court documents, an altercation occurred inside the apartment, and a male subject was struck in the back of the head with a handgun.

The three males fled from the residence.
