A Clay County woman is in Central Regional Jail, charged with robbery and obstructing.

Lyndsey Nicole Nottingham, 31, is facing the charges, likely linked to a series of crimes committed in the community, for which other arrests have been made.

Nottingham, according to a criminal complaint, was involved in the robbery of prescription drugs from Kevin Carte, indicating that Carte was called by phone to meet Nottingham and other individuals at the Holcomb Cemetery at Indore.

Nottingham, according to the complaint, was with Bruce Edward Bird, Issiah Murphy, and Nicole Schoolcraft, when Schoolcraft and Bird entered Carte's vehicle, producing a knife.

Carte told authorities he surrendered the drugs and they "took his vehicle keys and tossed them into a location where he could not find them...and drove off laughing."

Nottingham is being held on $250,000 bond.
