UPDATE: ROANE MAN INCARCERATED ON SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES

Roane County authorities have arrested Jacob Frederick Staats, 25, and charged him with sexual assault 3rd degree. Staats is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $160,000. Richard Allen Bush, 35, has bee charged in Roane County with delivery of a controlled substance. He is in Central Regional Jail, bond set at $20,000. Jodi Marie Bush, 33, from Roane has been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Central Regional Jail bond is set at $10,000. Braxton authorities have incarcerated Charles Nelson Green, 24, and charged him with conspiracy to commit a drug related charge. Roane authorities have charged Roger Edward Harper, 19; Kimberly Dawn Harper, 18; and Jacob Paul Randolph, 20, and are in Centrall Regional Jail, charged with domestic battery. Kellie Diane Davis, 41, has been charged by Wirt authorities with receiving and transporting stolen property; possession of controlled substance. She is in North Central Regional Jai.
