Calhoun Circuit Court will be in session Monday starting at 10 a.m. with Judge David W. Nibert presiding. Sherry Lynne Jones will appear for a pre-trial hearing related to fraud obtaining welfare benefits, a jury trial is set for March 3. Joshua Thomas Slider, plea hearing, related to meth charges. February Michelle Williams, pre-trial, related to grand larceny/embezzlement. Trial set for March 15. Jerry Glenn McKown, hearing for probation violation, related to multiple drug charges. Allen Ray Nelson, Jr, pretrial, had been indicted for malicious wounding. Trial set for March 15. Eric Ray Jones, larceny/burglary charges, will appear for a status report, unfit for Anthony Center. Jeremy Todd Saunders, pre-trial hearing related to sexual abuse charge, trial set for March 15. Adam Parsons, hearing on motion for bond reduction, Parsons having been charged in incident related to a fight and stabbing. Leon E. Kerby II, pre-trial hearing related to sexual abuse charges, trial set for March 15. Randall Luke Baker, arraignment on charges related to vehicular death of woman. Seventeen juvenile cases on docket.
