SENIOR NUTRITION CENTER OPENS - Minnora Center New CCCOA Site

By Bob Weaver The new Minnora Nutrition Center was launched yesterday bringing food and social services to southern Calhoun. "This is a vision come true," said CCCOA Director Mike Ritchie. "We hope the word will go out in this community not only about the food service, but projects and activities." Karen Moore, Minnora Site Coordinator Tuesday's guests were greeted by Karen Moore, site coordinator and Sandra Jarvis, assistant site coordinator. Van driver for the Minnora program is Jennifer Moore. The center will initially be open from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. three days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The seniors attending yesterday played bingo with prizes most of the morning. Transportation to the Grantsville center will be provided on Wednesday. Seniors share noonday meal at Minnora Center New center will be open three days a week
