The new Minnora Nutrition Center was launched yesterday bringing food and social services to southern Calhoun. "This is a vision come true," said CCCOA Director Mike Ritchie. "We hope the word will go out in this community not only about the food service, but projects and activities."

The center will initially be open from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. three days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The seniors attending yesterday played bingo with prizes most of the morning. Transportation to the Grantsville center will be provided on Wednesday.
