CALHOUN MAN INCARCERATED FOR MALICIOUS ASSAULT

Roane authorities have charged Joey Allen Bennett, 32, and charged him possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He is in Central Regional Jail. Joseph Paul Kute, 32, was arrested by Calhoun authorities. He is charged with battery and malicious assault/wounding. His bond was set for Calhoun charges at $50,000, and $40,000 for Clay charges. A Clay man, Carlos Lee Gray, 50, has been charged with domestic battery. Bond is set at $5,000, Central Regional Jail. Roane authorities arrested Lindsey Nicole Nottingham, 31, is in Central Regional Jail, charged with obstructing. A Ritchie County man, Johnny Franklin Miller, 50, is in North Central Regional Jail, charged violating home confinement.
